Refund Policy

CheckBidAuto provides a digital subscription service. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. General Rule — No Refund After Activation

Because CheckBidAuto is a digital service with immediate access upon payment, all purchases are generally non-refundable once the Premium subscription has been activated and access to Premium features has been granted.

2. Exceptions — When a Refund May Be Granted

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Service unavailability: The service was unavailable or non-functional for 7 or more consecutive days due to a fault on our side, and you did not use Premium features during that period.
  • Technical error: A payment was charged twice or an incorrect amount was charged due to a technical error.
  • Request within 48 hours: You request a refund within 48 hours of purchase and have not used any Premium features (no calculations performed, no lot data accessed with Premium access).

3. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to info@checkbidauto.com with the subject line "Refund Request", including:

  • Your registered email address
  • Date of payment
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Partial Refunds

We do not issue partial or prorated refunds for unused subscription time.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account. Please contact us first — we are happy to resolve any issue directly.
